If you couldn't find the answers you were looking for and are still having trouble with a specific issue, here's how to get help.
In-App Support (Recommended)
The fastest way to get help is through the World ID App. Follow these steps:
- Open the World ID App on your mobile device
- Tap your Profile icon on the top left corner of the screen
- Select Support
- Tap the headset icon to proceed
Be sure to share as much detail as you can, and provide any screenshots that will help describe your issue.You can also include a debug report to help our team investigate faster.
To download and attach your debug report:
- Open the World for Zoom side panel in Zoom
- Tap the debug report icon in the bottom right corner
- Download the file
- In your support message, tap the paperclip icon
- Select Document and locate the downloaded debug report file
- Attach and send it along with your message

Report an issue from within Zoom
You can also report bugs or issues directly from the Deep Face app inside Zoom:
- Open the World for Zoom side panel in Zoom.
- Tap Report an issue.
- Describe your issue in the text field.
- Check the box to confirm you agree to share the report and related verification data with TFH.
- Tap Submit.

How do I verify my age on Tinder using my World ID?
Note: This article applies to users in the United States on iOS devices only.
Tinder has integrated with World ID, allowing you to verify your age (currently available in Japan). This feature lets you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older using World ID’s privacy-preserving verification.
To use messaging features on Tinder, you must verify that you’re 18 years of age or older. Follow the steps below to complete your age verification using World ID.

Instructions
- On your Tinder app, tap the messaging icon and select a Message.
- Tap the Go to World ID App button to verify your age using your My Number Card in the World ID App.
The next steps depend on whether you have World ID App installed and a verified World ID account. Select the section below that applies to your situation and follow the corresponding steps.

If you have a verified World ID.
- If you have a verified World ID and World ID App is already installed on your phone, you will see the option to connect it to your Tinder account. Tap the Share button to continue.
- You’ll see a confirmation message on your screen.

If you don't have a verified World ID.
- Install World ID App from your App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Skip this step if you have it installed already.
- Open World ID App and sign up to create an account. If you have previously created an account, log in to continue.
- Once you've logged in or created an account in World ID App, select the My Number Card credential to verify your age.
- Follow the prompts shown on screen to add the chosen document. You will see a confirmation screen when it's successfully added.
- To connect your World ID to Tinder, tap the Share button.
- That's it! You can tap the Back to Tinder button to continue.
Troubleshooting
- Update both apps: Ensure you have the latest versions of Tinder and World ID App installed. Outdated versions can prevent your verification from syncing properly.
- Check your device setup: Make sure you don’t have a VPN enabled and that you’re not using dual SIMs while verifying. These can sometimes interfere with the process.
- Check your verification method: Confirm that you’re World ID verified using World ID Credentials with an NFC-enabled My Number Card.
- Refresh your Tinder account: If you’ve just completed verification, try refreshing your Tinder app or account page. It may take a few minutes for your verification status to update.

How do I use and manage the Apps tab?
What are Apps?
Apps are small, built-in applications that let you do more without ever leaving World ID App. They are part of the World ecosystem, and cover a wide range of experiences — whether you're looking to explore new features, or play and learn, Apps make it easy.
Apps are built by Tools for Humanity and third-party developers to help you get the most out of World ID App. You can find them on your Apps tab, and more are being added all the time.
How do I use the Apps tab?
You can search for apps that use World ID using the search bar at the top, or scroll down to browse curated collections. Tap Explore all Apps to discover more.
Managing Apps
To install an App, simply tap on the Get button to start the installation. Newly installed apps will be added to your Apps tab.
To Share or Remove an App, keep the app icon pressed until a small menu appears, giving you these two options. Select the desired action.
Requesting App Support
If you experience any issues with an app in the Apps tab, while you have the app open, you can tap the downward arrow next to the app name at the top of the screen.
This will open a menu with different actions, including Support and Report options. Selecting any of these options will direct you to the correct channel.
I need help with an App developed by a third party
Follow the steps described in the section above to reach out to their support channel.
